Payment must be made on arrival. A £10 deposit is also required. This will be returned to you on collection of your pet.

The Rodent Resort will not accept any pet that is showing signs of illness, disease, injury or pregnancy unless previously discussed. If your pet has a medical condition and is currently receiving medical treatment, all medication must be clearly marked and full instructions given for the administering of the medication. Your current vet details must also be left.

If your pet becomes ill whilst at The Rodent Resort we will inform you or a designated emergency contact for further instructions. If the pet requires the attention of a vet we will transport it to either your own vet (if previously instructed) or in the absence of any instructions we will take it to our own vet for medical attention, any treatment will be charged to you, the owner.

Unfortunately small animals can pass away without any warning or showing signs of illness. If this should happen during their stay at The Rodent Resort, we will contact you immediately to discuss your wishes. The Rodent Resort accepts no liability in the unlikely event that this may happen.

If your pet is not collected on the due day and you do not contact us or we are unable to make contact with you, we will seek to have your pet re-homed after 10 days.
